1. Who collects/uses your personal data?
The personal data that you entered / uploaded / shared via the OneSporter WEBSITE, the FB or Instagram page, the YouTube channel or the OneSporter APP are stored and used by L4C S.R.L., based in Tarvisio, via Parini n. 1, CAP 33018, Tax Code and VAT number 02973550300, as Data Controller.

The personal data that you, as a User or Visitor, enter obligatorily or optionally, are used to offer you what you have purchased/requested, to guarantee you what you have expressly requested, to comply with legal obligations, to inform you of the possibility of accessing further services of your liking, because you have decided to make the personal data manifestly public, because you wish them to be used for a specific purpose, to protect the interests/rights of the Data Controller.
