Code of Ethics and Conduct

L4C S.r.l. (hereinafter also referred to as the "Company") has deemed it appropriate to make access to the services of the OneSporter application (aimed at monitoring and scheduling sports training) subject to the acceptance and sharing of the contents of the following Code of Ethics and Conduct by all Users gathered in a real community.

OneSporter is an application designed for Coach and Athletes (hereinafter also referred to as Users) that allows you to take advantage of services (aimed at training management, fitness monitoring and continuous improvement, with a temporal planning of the training sessions for the competitive season), even sharing specific content with any User who accesses the services of the application or only with someone in personal contacts.

This Code of Ethics and Conduct identifies principles and values as well as guidelines for the use of the services that Users expressly declare to share and respect as members of an inclusive, participated and collaborative community.

It is essential that the community constitutes a safe and secure place where Users' personal data (information shared while using the services offered by the application) are protected by the Company as described in the Privacy and cookie policy. Each User can always access their privacy settings and change their choices regarding content sharing with the OneSporter app manager and its community at any time.

In compliance with the fundamental principle of freedom of expression, before publishing / sharing content with the OneSporter community, each User (individually or through those who exercise parental authority) undertakes to guarantee under their own personal responsibility the use of the application in compliance of the fundamental values expressed by the following key words.

Awareness

The basic settings of the OneSporter community provide that the shared / published content can also become visible to all members of the community itself.

For this reason, each User is called upon to responsibly decide whether or not to proceed with the sharing / publication of each content: once a content has been made public, it can be viewed, shared and saved by other Users until it is removed. .

Once the content has been saved externally, it can then be further disseminated to other communities / social networks / knowledge networks without it being possible to intervene or monitor such dissemination; at that point it will be decidedly difficult to obtain the definitive and total cancellation of the content.

The content, the spirit and the subject of the contents shared / published by each User will inevitably influence the opinion of the others in the community: each User (individually or through those who exercise parental authority) declares under their own responsibility to share only rights-respecting content fundamentals of the person.

In any case, each User declares to be aware of the right to delete what is shared / published both individually (content by content) and as a whole by directly deleting their account.

Responsibility

Each User (individually or through those who exercise parental authority) declares that they are solely responsible for what they share / publish and undertake to express their thoughts with fairness, measure and in full respect of the opinions of others.

Each User (individually or through those who exercise parental authority) undertakes to moderate their language in the context of a discussion with other Users.

Each User (individually or through those who exercise parental authority) undertakes to ensure that the community is a space for sharing and entertainment: no form of advertising, spam or promotion of private interests or illegal activities is tolerated.

Respect

It is possible that among the various contents published within the community there are some that cannot be shared, are not interesting or can be criticized. In such cases, each User (individually or through those who exercise parental authority) undertakes to accept the existence of different opinions from their own and different points of view.

Each User (individually or through those who exercise parental authority) undertakes to intervene with grace and moderation to present their opinion and start a discussion: dialogue and constructive confrontation are factors of mutual enrichment.

Each User (individually or through those who exercise parental authority) undertakes to maintain an attitude that respects the dignity of others and to report any offenses, personal attacks and unpleasant or unseemly behavior.

Personal attacks - not tolerated - are those comments addressed directly to the person who published / shared a content and not instead on the merits of the content published by the User.

Each User (individually or through those who exercise parental authority) undertakes to avoid comments and offenses relating to gender, sexual orientation, disability, race, age, ethnicity, language and in general to any possible discrimination factor among those recognized by the UN in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and by the European Union in the Nice Charter (Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union).

Intimidating attitudes, offenses, insults, threats, morbid attention, harassment and insistent requests towards other Users will not be allowed in any way. The latter conducts, it should be remembered that they can also assume criminal significance.

Each User (individually or through those who exercise parental authority) undertakes to collaborate with the authorities to protect the rights of Users.

Cooperation

The success and good performance of a community largely depends on the behavior of the Users.

For this reason, each User undertakes not to create fake profiles and to share / publish only authentic content: a healthy community is based on the genuine collaboration of all Users.

In this sense and for the protection of Users, the possibility of reporting content or behavior deemed inappropriate is always provided.

Control

In order to ensure that the community remains permeated by a collaborative atmosphere, respectful of this Code of Ethics and Conduct and in any case a pleasant and safe experience, the Company reserves at all times the unquestionable right to eliminate or obscure any inappropriate, offensive or disrespectful content or comments.

Should a User repeatedly behave in a manner contrary to this Code of Ethics and Conduct that is detrimental to the interests of the community or in any case illegal/illicit behaviour, without prejudice to the personal responsibility of the User, the Company is in any case entitled to suspend or permanently delete the User's account.
